Automobile -- collision with pier of railroad bridge -- proximate cause of injury. Defendant railway company maintained a bridge over state trunk highway No. 35 in the defendant village. The distance between the piers supporting the bridge was less than that required by 1 Mason Minn. St. 1927, § 2546, if that section be applicable within village limits, a question not here decided. Plaintiff was injured when the car in which she was riding skidded on the ice and snow covering the highway and collided with the pier on the left side of the highway. Held:
